Etalase Layanan Istimewa Toko Model (TOMO)

Jakarta – PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia (Bridgestone Indonesia), bagian dari group Bridgestone Corporation, perusahaan ban dan karet terkemuka di dunia, berpartisipasi di salah satu pameran otomotif terbesar di Indonesia, GIIAS 2016. Di pameran ini Bridgestone bermaksud untuk mensosialisasikan mengenai peran penting jaringan distribusi resmi ban mereka yaitu TOKO MODEL (TOMO). Berlokasi di Hall 3 PF6, area Pre-Functioned International Convention Exhibition (ICE), Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), Tangerang, Bridgestone menunjukkan tampilan resmi jaringan TOMO mereka, serta kenyamanan yang akan didapatkan pelanggan saat mengunjunginya.

 

Direktur Sales & Marketing PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia, Toshihiro Fujiki mengatakan, “Kami ingin menyuguhkan pengalaman sesungguhnya bagi para pelanggan setia kami mengenai keunggulan yang ditawarkan oleh TOMO. Pelayanan yang prima serta suasana yang nyaman di booth TOMO diharapkan dapat mewakili apa yang akan mereka rasakan di TOMO sesungguhnya, dengan fasilitasnya yang istimewa.”

 

Menempati booth semi permanen seluas 125 meter persegi, booth TOMO Bridgestone akan menampilkan seluruh jajaran produk unggulannya, mulai dari Potenza, Turanza, Ecopia, Dueler, Duravis dan Techno yang saat ini telah banyak dikenal dan dipercaya oleh industri otomotif serta pada pengguna mobil di seluruh dunia. Di booth ini, pengunjung juga dapat merasakann kenyamanan layanan yang diberikan saat mereka datang ke jaringan TOMO di seluruh Indonesia, seperti meja informasi yang memungkinkan pelanggan berinteraksi dengan seorang spesialis ban dan menanyakan berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan ban. Selain itu, juga disediakan ruang tunggu nyaman yang memungkinkan pelanggan untuk dapat bersantai dan menikmati fasilitas disediakan seperti makanan ringan dan minuman serta alat pijat kaki.

 

Di TOMO, pelanggan tak hanya sekedar membeli dan mengganti dengan ban Bridgestone, namun mereka juga bisa mendapatkan berbagai layanan teknis lainnya, mulai pemeriksaan tekanan ban, balancing, spooring, penggantian oli dan tune up hingga beberapa perbaikan minor dan penggantian suku cadang. Untuk memastikan kepuasan pelanggan yang datang ke TOMO, setiap karyawan telah mendapatkan pelatihan di fasilitas training center di Indonesia.

In addition,  it also represents a comfortable waiting room that enables customers to be able to relax and enjoy the facilities provided such as snacks and beverages as well as a foot massage chair.    

 

In TOMO, customers are not only can buy and changed Bridgestone tires but they can also ask for any other technical services start from checking tire pressure, balancing, alignment, oil changing, tune up or even some minor reparation or changing part. To make sure TOMO can deliver customer satisfaction, every personnel at TOMO has been trained at the training center facility in Indonesia.
